The site has a new series of links and information sources about narrowing the gap. GRT history month competitions are open to schools and we have an update to our single equalities policy resources to reflect the recommendations of the recent Equalities Bill.

The community cohesion section of the site now has a new forced marriage resource.

A link to the QCA resources to support the identity and cultural diversity dimension in the new secondary curriculum has been added to our community cohesion pages. There are also case studies of global dimension and sustainability good practice on the same site.

A further community cohesion case study has been added this week in the teaching, learning and curriculum category. We have the most current attendance advice for GRT children from the National Strategies, and a link for schools to the government's prevent strategy, addressing the threat of violent extremism.

We're adding new community cohesion snapshots, relating the value of the work in schools to the prompts from the community cohesion audit tools, which in turn helps to provide evidence for the SEF. The latest are from Stannington First and Tweedmouth Middle Schools.

Our global dimension page has been updated to include two new key documents recently published by DFID and the QCA.
Our online resources including lesson plans and useful teaching materials for teachers incorporating the global dimension across the curriculum have a number of new links added.
We now have a page of Primary EAL tips, as well as links to national strategies resources to support EAL teachers.
